Marvel Publishing, Inc., commonly referred to as Marvel Comics, is an American company that publishes comic books and related media.
On November 24, 2019, it was announced at Tokyo Comic Con that Marvel Comics and Tsuburaya Productions would be releasing comics and graphic novels of the Ultraman franchise that would launch in 2020.[1][2][3]

- Ultraman had made a cameo in Marvel Comics prior to the 2020 comic's announcement, in Exiles issue #67 in which the shapeshifter Morph briefly took on the appearance of the Ultra.[4]
