Hyper Zetton (ハイパーゼットン Haipā Zetton) is a form of the Kaiju Zetton that first appeared in the 2012 film Ultraman Saga.
Design[]
In it's Gigant form, Hyper Zetton is a far more monstrous version of it's original counterpart, now having an animalistic appearance as opposed to it's standard humanoid build. It has a segmented, spiky shell that's black in color, and two circles that shine a yellow color can be seen on the front. It has two more of these circles on it's chest, and on it's massive arms are gigantic scythes for hands. Hyper Zetton has several centipede-esque legs on it's body, and although it's head isn't too different from it's predecessor, it's horns are somewhat bigger in size and it has a much longer neck.
As an Imago, the kaiju's design looks much more like the traditional Zetton, now being humanoid instead of creature-like. Hyper Zetton's horns are pointier and have turned black, and the depressions on the sides of its head have been raised up. The luminous line in the middle of it's face is now more plus (+) shaped, and it's head is somewhat thinner overall. It's hands retain a scythe-like shape, but now glow a luminous yellow, with an extra luminous part between it's legs, the lower half of which has turned completely black. Hyper Zetton can also deploy wings on it's back aswell as a long, spiky tail. The wings themselves resemble it's hands, with the exception of being significantly longer.
