- Despite being given the subtitle "Shellfish Monster", Goga is portrayed as a land snail monster.
- Goga was Supposedly to be name Kaigel but this was scrapped with the name Kaigel (カイゲル Kaigeru) being used for the monster return in Shin Ultraman.
